  Customer service is poor. The main cashier will berate you and blame you if she messes up your order. The rest of the staff are generally friendly and professional, but the main cashier at lunch time is rude. After dealing with mistakes on several occasions and this time being belittled and reprimanded by the cashier because she made a mistake on entering my order, which I gave very clearly, I have decided it's not worth the hassle to spend my money here anymore.

  Well for some anyway. I don't usually complain on social media. However I am tired of not getting what I pay for. I came into the Vegreville Tim Horton's this morning and asked for a latte with skim milk, which I get at other Tim Horton's so not sure why it isn't an option at this one. Then to top things off just like the last time I stopped at this location I get a Latte that is less then 3/4 full. And I pay 3 bucks for. Finally to top thing off I get an elderly lady who is obviously not happy in her work place. I will be doing my best not to stop at this location in the near future. Hopefully the next time I do stop here costumer service and full cups of coffee will be provided.

  Met Aidan, a Server there, and complimented her on her name. Turns out her mom's name is Stacey also! So, I encouraged her to tell her mom that she had met the man she was named after! :-) On our way back through tpwn a couple of days later I called to Aidan, who was working the takeout window, if she had passed on the message to Mom and - yes - she had apparently laughed and told her daughter that my story was great!
